Unhappy with service during cancellation

I called to cancel my account. After some pretty high-pressure tacticts with the rude customer service rep, he finally agreed to cancel my account. however, no prorating of the monthly charge and cancellation won't take affect immediately like I want. VERY unhappy customer.
