We apologize for your negative experience with . We appreciate your concerns about full disclosure, and does ensure that our customers see our Terms and Conditions before they create their accounts.

During the process of registration, we present fee and Trial Period information. Our Terms (which can be found at all times at, which must be read and reviewed prior to account creation, state:

"At account registration, may check to verify that your credit card is valid for the service fees associated with your account. Actual service charges shall occur on the date for your monthly billing cycle."

The $1.00 transaction is an authorization rather than a charge. This places the funds on a temporary hold while we wait for the credit card company to verify the information on file. The authorization drops off your credit account within 72 hours for most banks.
