At http://trendytree.com we ship approximately 5,000 packages a year via USPS and UPS. We had been struggling printing our USPS labels one at a time via another source and after timing out between most every label, we decided it was time to give Stamps.com a try.
We sell collectible glass http://www.trendytree.com/blown-glass-christmas-ornaments/ which are lightweight, so most of our packages ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
We were astounded! Our packaging process is so much easier now. The speed that the labels print is phenomenal, the downtime has been non-existent and the couple of times I've called for support - my needs have been exceeded.
The history feature makes tracking packages so easy, and the software even sends e-mails to our customers letting them know there package is on the way!
Purchasing additional postage is simple as a click of the mouse and just as instant.
The ability to print First Class postage for international shipping has saved us trips to the local post office. This was something that we were unable to do with our other system.
Overall, we're extremely pleased with Stamps.com and anticipate this coming Christmas season to be much smoother now that we're printing with Stamps!
