I have had Stamps.com for sometime and really liked the software and convienance. When I purchased a new printer Stamps.com could not talk with it. I was frustrated. I called Stamps.com and talked to Chris (one of their tech's) and was amazed at the personal touch Chris had as well as his knowledge. Within twenty minutes I was up and running again. Ten minutes of that was time I had to download an upgrade from the company I purchased the new printer from and Chris stayed on the line and we simply chatted. What wonderful customer service. I could not live without Stamps.com now. I mail letters and packages from home. It is so convienant and simple. No long lines at the post office and 100% of my letters and packages have arrived safe, sound and fast. This is a must for the stay at home, or home bound person. I guarantee you won't miss the lines at the post office. Outstanding software and even more outstanding service from Stamps.com. Go out and purchase this software. Great deals. A real time saver.
