bad customer service and manipulative tactics


i purchased some stamps their awhile back and found recently i had been charged me for a monthly fee for several months. they explained I had signed up for a monthly service and that even though it was not elicited anywhere on page, they had hid it in the 5 page terms and agreements. then canceling took about an hour on hold and then like 30 minutes of trying to convince the customer rep I did not want the service and just wanted to cancel :(
