Worst customer service ever
I called back to stamps .com and after a half hour wait spoke to someone who told me that I had to speak to a superverisor, another 15 minute wait and I finally had my account authorized to charge on my CC. Process took 2 hours from start to finish, when it shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes.
