Never used service, get bills even after calling to cancel
I have called and cancelled more than once and still get bills from this company even though I have been told it has been resolved and will not get any more bills. I never signed up for their service and will get bills for two addresses, one of which is another apartment in my building which I have never lived in. I have no idea how I was signed up for their service since I have not been to their website.
